Tiffany & Company

Silver Manufacturing Facility principal in charge with Hiller

Tiffany’s first venture into manufacturing, the new silver manufacturing facility is a state of the art facility with flexibility to grow internally and externally. Primarily a large floor plate steel frame building with an 18’ clear internal height, the new building provides loft style space for the manufacture of chains and rings including the popular “if found, return to Tiffany & Co.” bracelet. The scale of the building is reduced along the front with a lower section comprised of office and support space. The building expression is all about corporate continuity, the entry mimics the historic Tiffany 5th Avenue store entry while the lobby is a pavilion whose exterior expression is reminiscent of an old Tiffany facility from the 1930’s. This is the second of three major projects Mark Chen has completed for Tiffany & Co. including a Customer Service Center and Customer Fulfillment Center.
