Regional Headquarters principal in charge project designer with Heery

Built in 2014, this project represents the first new from the ground up office building since 2008 in the Atlanta market. The new building is a multi-story office building and parking structure with Synovus Financial Corporation as the major tenant. The new building offers column free space in an all glass building enclosure which is efficient, cost effective and timeless in character. A balcony on the top floor offers views to the new Braves stadium and located on the corner of interstate 75 and 285, the building occupies a prominent corner at this major interchange.
