Corporate Headquarters principal in charge project designer with Heery

Renovation of an existing 1970s era office building for the owner of the New York Stock Exchange. The existing building exterior remains as is, a new entry and vertical communicating stair is attached to the front of the building. All 13 floor of the building are fit out with new office and support space. The client wanted a “smart” interior to support an innovative work space customized to meet the needs of their different program requirements from sales through finance and human resources. The typical floor plan focused on a collaborative meeting hub at the elevators that extended into the workspace.
