New speculative office building space designed to engage the creative office market. A pair of buildings creates a new campus with central green space and an amenities building. The key innovation is the use of tilt-up building technology to enhance schedule and cost. The pair of buildings was built at 15% lower cost than conventional construction. The building expression is meant to capture the appearance of prewar manufacturing buildings. New office space has high floor-to-ceiling clearance, and windows with vertical muntins and mullions set the character of the building. The building cores are located in the entry area, leaving two wings with column-free space.
